2K AUTOCLEAR 555 CLEAR COAT
2K Autoclear 555 Clear Coat is a two component solvent based clear coating system. It is formulated from high quality non yellowing polyol resin combined with polyisocyanate, solvents, and specialized additives. The coating cures under ambient conditions through a chemical reaction, delivering a premium finish with superior aesthetics.

Shelf life and Storage
Flammable product. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, ignition sources, and water. Close tightly after use.
All application work must follow health, safety, and environmental standards.
Shelf life: 18 months from the manufacturing date
Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application
Aluminum, iron, carbon steel, stainless steel
Surface must be cleaned and roughened manually or mechanically using sandpaper or abrasive pads to improve adhesion
Galvanized steel and zinc coated sheets
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of zinc salts, follow the same cleaning process as above
Previously painted surfaces
Clean by sandblasting or high pressure water
If damaged coatings cannot be completely removed, sand thoroughly, apply one coat, allow it to dry, then sand again to achieve an optimal surface
Application Conditions
Apply in dry weather or indoors
Temperature >15°C
Humidity < 80%
Application Method
Coating system: Two-component
Mixing ratio (paint – curing agent – thinner): 4 – 1 – 1
Thinner: Red Dragon lacquer thinner
Application tools: Spray gun, roller, brush
