IRON PAINT REMOVER
IRON Paint Remover is a powerful formulation based on Methylene Chloride combined with solvents and specialized additives. It delivers strong paint stripping performance, effectively removing various types of coatings such as Alkyd, Amino, Epoxy, and both 1K and 2K systems cured by chemical reaction, light, or high temperature.

Typical Applications
IRON Paint Remover is widely used in various applications:
Suitable for metal, glass, wood, stone, and other surfaces
Machinery and components with old coatings that need to be removed
Shelf life and Storage
Close the cap after use
Flammable product store in a cool and dry place
Keep away from heat sources, sparks, open flames, and water
Store and transport in upright or horizontal position not less than a 45 degree angle, avoid strong impact
All application work must comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Shelf life 36 months from the date of manufacture
Application Procedure
Step 1: Shake well for 1 to 2 minutes before use
Step 2: Remove the cap and spray onto the surface to be stripped
Maintain a spraying distance of 20 to 30 cm
The amount and number of applications depend on the coating type and thickness
Step 3: Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the remover to react with the coating
The paint will blister and peel off
Use a scraper or wire brush to remove loosened paint
Alternatively, use high pressure water to clean the surface
Step 4: Clean the surface thoroughly before applying a new coating
Note: This product may corrode certain materials such as plastic and Plexiglass
For unknown substrates, always conduct a small scale test before full application
