IRON Heat Resistant Spray Paint is a premium solvent based aerosol coating that dries at ambient temperature. It is formulated with heat resistant silicone resin and high quality pigments, providing excellent protection against heat and corrosion in high temperature environments.

Typical Applications
IRON Heat Resistant Spray Paint is widely used in various applications:

Note: Due to the variety of substrates, it is recommended to conduct a small scale test before full application
Shelf life and Storage
Close the cap after use
Flammable product store in a cool and dry place
Keep away from heat sources, sparks, open flames, and water
Store and transport in upright or horizontal position not less than a 45 degree angle, avoid strong impact
All application work must comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Shelf life 36 months from the date of manufacture
Metal Surface Preparation
Before painting, the surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
For aluminum, iron, carbon steel, and non-rusted steel: the surface must be cleaned and roughened manually or mechanically using sandpaper or abrasive cloth to clean and increase adhesion.
For steel and galvanized sheet: the surface must be clean, dry, and free of zinc salts. Cleaning method is the same as above.
For surfaces with existing old paint: sandblasting or high-pressure water cleaning to remove contaminants, or if the damaged paint layer is not completely removed, coarse sanding is required, followed by applying one coat of paint and sanding again to ensure good surface quality.
Standard Application Conditions
Application under sunny weather or indoors.
Temperature > 15°C.
Relative humidity < 80%.
Application Method
Paint system: Single-component
Mixing ratio: 40 – 60%
Thinner: Red Dragon industrial gasoline
Application tools: Spray gun, roller, brush
