IRON HEAT RESISTANT SPRAY PAINT
IRON Heat Resistant Spray Paint is a premium solvent based aerosol coating that dries at ambient temperature. It is formulated with heat resistant silicone resin and high quality pigments, providing excellent protection against heat and corrosion in high temperature environments.

Note: Due to material differences, test on a small area before large-scale application
Shelf life and Storage
Close tightly after use
Flammable product. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, ignition sources, and water
Store and transport upright or at an angle of at least 45°. Handle with care and avoid strong impacts
All application work must follow health, safety, and environmental standards.
Shelf life: 36 months from the manufacturing date
Metal Surface Preparation
Surface must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants
For aluminum, iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel, clean and roughen the surface by hand or machine using sandpaper or abrasive cloth to improve adhesion
For steel and galvanized sheets, the surface must be clean, dry, and free from zinc salts; clean as above
For old painted surfaces, use sandblasting or high-pressure water cleaning. If damaged paint remains, coarse-sand the surface, apply one coat, let dry, then sand again for a better finish
Standard Application Conditions
Application under sunny weather or indoors.
Temperature > 15°C.
Relative humidity < 80%.
Application Method
Paint system: Single-component
Mixing ratio: 40 – 60%
Thinner: Red Dragon industrial gasoline
Application tools: Spray gun, roller, brush
