RUSTOPPER ANTI RUST PRIMER
Rustopper Anti Rust Primer is a single component solvent based anti corrosion coating that cures naturally through oxidation. The product is formulated with Alkyd resin combined with mineral fillers, solvents, and specialized additives, providing effective metal protection and long term durability.

Shelf life and Storage
Flammable product, store in a cool and dry place
Keep away from heat sources, sparks, open flames, and water
Close the container tightly after use
All application work must comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Shelf life 18 months from the date of manufacture
Surface Preparation
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application
Aluminum, iron, carbon steel, stainless steel
Surface must be cleaned and roughened manually or mechanically using sandpaper or abrasive pads to improve adhesion
Galvanized steel and zinc coated sheets
Surface must be clean, dry, and free of zinc salts, follow the same cleaning process as above

Apply in dry weather or indoors

Mixing Ratio: 20 to 30%
Thinner: Motorcycle gasoline, general paint thinners
